Teens — Four Hispanic high school students form a robotics club. With no experience, 800 bucks, used car parts and a dream, this rag tag team goes up against the country's reigning robotics champion, MIT. Rated PG-13. Refreshments served.

Writers' Group

Adults — Come join other writers to discuss your work. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month in the Library Board Room. No registration required. Open to adults and high school students.


Teen Movie

Teens — As Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world, he teams up with another super soldier, the Black Widow, to battle a new threat from old history: an assassin known as the Winter Soldier. Rated PG-13. Refreshments served.


Art Adventures
Wednesday, July 1    1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Kids — Time to be creative! We'll be making a "make and take" craft and have plenty of time for open art exploration. Could get messy! Geared toward preschoolers age 2-5, but all ages welcome. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required and can be done in person or by calling 630-552-2025. Limit: 50.


Kids' Movie

Kids — The special bond that develops between plus-sized inflatable robot Baymax, and prodigy Hiro Hamada, who team up with a group of friends to form a band of high-tech heroes. Rated PG. All ages, children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Free refreshments served.
