Adults — Are you researching your family tree or hoping to begin? Both experienced and new genealogy researchers will enjoy the KenGen Genealogy Group sessions.
Monday, June 20 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Kids — Squish and smush your way to the benefits of messy play with us! Edible goo, rainbow spaghetti, and lots of other sensory experiences will be available. Come dressed for mess! For children ages 0-5 only, with a grown-up. Older siblings may wait in the Kids' Library during the program. Registration is required and can be done in person or by calling 630-552-2025. Limit: 30.

Teens — Free movie targeted to teens, but open to all ages. A group of teen survivors fight to save the human race from extinction after four waves of alien attacks decimate the planet. Rated PG-13. Refreshments served.
Dog Days of Summer
Wednesday, June 22 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Kids — Come sit with a certified therapy dog and practice reading aloud. Bring a book along or we can provide books for you. When you sign up youíll register for a 15-minute time slot. For independent students entering grades 1-9 only. Parents and younger siblings may wait in the Kidsí Library during the program. Registration is required and can be done in person or by calling 630-552-2025.

Kids — Free movie for kids. In the biggest and most awesome Kung Fu Panda movie yet, Po must train a village of fun-loving, clumsy pandas to defeat a supernatural villain that threatens to destroy Kung Fu. Rated PG. All ages, children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Free refreshments served. No registration required. Attendance is limited to the first 80 people.

Adults and Teens — Come join other writers to discuss your work. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month in the Library Board Room. No registration required. Open to adults and high school students.
Card Making with Rubber Stamps

Adults and Teens — Make your own greeting cards using rubber stamps, colored pencils, markers and ink in this hands-on FREE class led by Fun Stampers Journey Coach Rhonda Blythe of Plano.
